8. Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies aim to provide fairness for both clients and the Company. Refunds are processed as follows:

• A full refund minus a 10% processing fee is available if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement, unless any tasks have been completed or services delivered.
• If we fail to meet the delivery timeline, a 40% refund (less a 10% service fee) is available.
• No refunds for change of mind are granted after 24 hours of the order.
  Refund requests should be made to our support team. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.

10. Reactivation Policy
If you’re unresponsive for more than 45 days, we will not entertain or refund orders. However, if you inform us to pause the project, we may hold it for personal reasons. If you’re inactive for over 45 days, a $150 reactivation fee will apply.

EcomSaint is not responsible for any communication from email addresses or phone numbers not listed on our website. We only accept communication from official email addresses and toll-free numbers associated with our domain.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Illinois state law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
